For over 10 years, we’ve been successfully remote-first, with team members from more than 21 countries. Today we’re a team of 75 with an average team member tenure of 5 years and a strong track record of promoting within. How’d we do that? By working smartly and sustainably. As individuals, we’re passionate experts. As a team, we focus on efficient processes, communication and continous improvement.
